Content on this website is provided for general information about our services. It is not an offer and does not create a contract. Every engagement — yacht management, new build, refit, technical supervision, crewing, parts supply, brokerage or any other service — is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
4. Enquiries and applications
When you send an enquiry or an owner application, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Sending a form does not oblige either party to enter into an agreement. Personal data submitted through the forms is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
